as a window into all things sacred across this country including:
happenings in your area, info on classes and retreats, articles and
links on topics that inspire, and with any luck, a virtual sister
circle. A place to cozy up to with a cup of tea and read about ways to
nurture yourself and those you love, to inhale the good, and exhale all

Meet Sarah:
Born
in the heart of the Kootenays and raised in Kelowna, British Columbia,
Sarah spent much of her childhood being backpacked though mountain
trails, hanging out in the chicken coop, making mud pies, and swimming
in beautiful Okanagan Lake. After a recent 5 year stint in Ottawa
Ontario, the mountains and the water called her home. The quiet town of
Tsawwassen BC is now where her and her husband Andy, and two boys Jack
and Eli, happily squish their toes in the sand.
With
a background in counselling and a degree in Child and Youth Care at The
University of Victoria, Sarah has spent her entire career and most of
her life surrounded by, working with, and supporting women, children,
and families. It is no surprise that she has ended up here; a birth
doula, a Sacred Pregnancy Instructor, and a Postpartum Mother Roaster; a
path which she feels strongly, is her calling.
Sarah
currently teaches Sacred Pregnancy and Birth Journey Classes and
provides birth doula and postpartum services in Vancouver and
surrounding areas. She is also owner of Sacred Living Movement Canada
and will be running and operating Sacred Pregnancy Retreats across the
country. Her approach in all her work is to support a safe and nurturing
space for growth, surrender, strength, beauty, and the sharing of
stories.
